If you speak about the quality of education and the plinth of lesson impartment, GLS’ standard has stayed unmatched for years.  A validation of the same exists in the academic results that each of the institutes, under GLS, boast of.  As goes the history to it, most of GLS’ institutes’ students have uncompromisingly featured in the list of top rankers in their respective boards and universities.

On the other hand, a lot of these students have also performed exceedingly well in sports and related activities.  Teams and individuals have represented GLS and its allied institutes in such sports as cricket, football, basketball and volleyball among others at local, state and national level.  Their representation has reaped results which can be noticed through the number of certificates, medals and trophies that GLS and its allied institutes house.

Alongside, there is a gamut of other cultural activities which is undertaken to bridge the gap between the students and the society.  This includes various social initiatives that students and institutes undertake along with other cultural events that they organize.  Inter and intra collegiate events punctuate the calendar of most associated institutes of GLS.  Alongside, their participation in the youth festival is also prominent where students have excelled in various events including dance, fashion show, extempore, just a minute, quiz and others.

What add an inimitable facet to the holistic development endeavor of GLS are the conferences, seminars, workshops and symposia that are organized on a regular basis.  These events not just draw the industry leaders to the institute but also bring forth those personalities who have made a significant contribution but away from the limelight.  The students, hence, derive learning which of an unprecedented depth.
